About the role
As a trainer, you will deliver the Allpress training programme to our café partners, as well as our own Allpress team. Excellent knowledge of espresso and milk preparation is essential for this role, as well as the ability to inspire people to make great coffee through fun, engaging, and rewarding classes. Our classes often last around 3 hours so you will need to be a confident and outgoing individual able to communicate clearly. You will also be responsible for scheduling classes, making arrangements for on-site visits, taking responsibility for incoming calls, and dealing with and following up on any general enquiries you might receive. Time management and excellent organisational skills are a must!
About you
Excellent barista and/or barista training skills (at least two years experience in speciality coffee)
Genuinely enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life
Some basic technical knowledge of coffee machines is beneficial but not essential
Exceptional organisational skills
Self-motivated
Good eye for detail and aesthetics
Excellent communicator and strong presentation skills

Details:
Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week.
Salary: £27,500-28,500
Days: Monday - Friday
Times: Between 9am to 5pm.
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Training Manager
Experience: A love for hospitality and coffee is required plus strong presentation skills.
