If this sounds like you, we have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Full Time Customer Care Lead to join our Allpress team.

 

About us

We exist for better days inspired by iconic flavour. It’s been three decades since Michael Allpress set up his first independent coffee cart. He bought a second-hand roaster and embarked on a bold entrepreneurial journey fuelled by passion and the search for great flavour.

Our little coffee cart helped introduce specialty coffee to New Zealand and changed the drinking habits of a nation.

Today, we roast coffee for the best independent cafés in the world.

 

About the role

This is a vital role for business building and problem solving. You will be our brand advocate, that guides and grows our Wholesale partnerships throughout the North Island. You will be responsible for supporting & retaining our existing customer base, resulting in positive customer growth & retention. The perfect candidate will therefore have a passion for coffee, culture, the hospitality industry and will be a natural when it comes to connecting with people.

There will be some travel involved with this role.

  • Great organisational skills and proven ability to forward plan
