To actively support and guide the right growth of our brand we are seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to join our well-established South Island team. In this newly created role, you will play a key part in taking our regional sales & operations across two brands and three teams to the next level. Collaborative by nature, you will regularly work with teams across the Allpress group, to ensure we are delivering an optimised & targeted brand experience for all our partners. Ideally You will have the ability and experience to use analytical data and some good old fashion feel and recall when helping guide sound decision making for the entire team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coordinate with the National sales and General manager on Regional/National Sales and Operational Forecasting and Planning.

  • Drive and influence quality business growth by identifying areas for development and opportunities for optimisation.

  • Report for the wider business on insights, decision making, retention and growth strategies and campaigns.

  • Provide timely sales data including weekly new business pipeline analysis, current business health, demand forecasting, and sales results to the management team.

  • Deliver clear and concise communication on strategy for the regional teams.

  • Assist & develop others to grow within their roles.

In order to be successful in this role, you should display:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations & sales strategy, preferably within a Hospitality or Retail B2B organisation

  • Strong strategy, planning, organizational and multitasking skills

  • Expert communication and interpersonal skills across a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Experience working with financial reports, Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel competency.

  • Be courageous and mindful as a leader.

  • Understand the need of diverse and inclusive workspaces that support cultural health and overall wellbeing.
