A little more on this exciting opportunity:
We are looking for a Roastery Assistant to support the entire coffee production process from start to finish, including roasting the coffee (full training will be provided), assisting with the day-to-day output of product, ensuring accuracy of orders and efficient time management, and assisting with any customer queries and delivery requirements. Our next Roastery Assistant will have proven exceptional customer service and will be hardworking. Teamwork is vital in this role as well as being a good communicator.
Very simply, we are looking for a great person to work with.
This is a full-time, permanent position. Days of work are Monday to Friday with an occasional early start. A full, clean driving licence is a requirement, and a good level of physical fitness is a must as heavy lifting of coffee sacks is also involved.
