We have a truly exciting opportunity for a coffee lover to join our Sydney training team.

About the role

We have a truly exciting opportunity for a coffee lover to join our Sydney training team.

As part of our wholesale offering, we provide our customers with hands-on training into the key principles of serving the “Perfect Cup”. As a trainer, you will provide support to our customers through classes and tailored workshops introducing them to the fundamentals of espresso preparation, milk steaming and pouring techniques. You will play a significant role in sharing our flavour and our story. Providing exceptional customer service is vital in this role as you will assist with general customer support and troubleshooting when you are not training.

About you

The ideal candidate will have exceptional barista skills (2 years’ experience) as well as an organised and sincere approach. Fantastic communication skills and being administratively savvy are a must (comfortable using Microsoft office), as is being a natural when it comes to connecting with people.

A full driver’s licence is important as you will be required to get out on the road and visit customers to provide on-site training and support from time to time. This will include occasional overnight/after-hours regional trips to support our customers across NSW.

Working at Allpress
