Founded in 1927 by Giuseppe and Bruno Bambi, La Marzocco had its beginnings in Florence, Italy. As well as being the birthplace of the Italian Renaissance, it was also home to such geniuses as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Brunelleschi who created some of the most celebrated works of art in the world.
It seems only fitting that La Marzocco would earn a world-renowned reputation for making beautiful, high quality, superbly crafted and uniquely designed espresso machines, with great attention to detail.
Our collaborative history with La Marzocco dates back 30 years and over the past three decades, we’ve been working together to deliver an iconic flavour experience to coffee drinkers around the world.
In 1992, Allpress Espresso founder Michael Allpress created a spark in the AU & NZ markets by partnering with La Marzocco, becoming the first distributor of the Linea Classic machine. To this day the Linea Classic is still a cafe staple, which you can find in all your favourite cafes.
