Allpress Linea Mini Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter The promoters are Allpress Espresso United Kingdom Pty Ltd of 55 Dalston Lane, Dalston London UK; Phone: +44 (0) 207 749 1780; Email: coffee@allpressespresso.co.uk (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion Period The promotion commences at 12:01am GMT on Monday 20th April 2026 and ends at 11:59pm GMT on Sunday 17th May 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility Entry is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and any related agencies or suppliers associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
Sign up to Allpress Espresso mailing list via the website or link on promotional advertising on Meta platforms (Instagram and Facebook); and
Submit their full name, valid email address, and mobile; and
Opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and its promotion partners.
Limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Promotion Period. No purchase is required to enter.
5. Prize Details There will be one (1) prize awarded. The prize consists of:
One (1) La Marzocco Linea Mini
One (1) KG Bag of Allpress Espresso Blend.
The total prize value is £4,554 (VAT included) colour is subject to availability.
6. Prize Draw The prize draw will take place at Allpress Espresso United Kingdom Pty Ltd of 55 Dalston Lane, Dalston London UK; at 10:30am GMT on Monday 18th May 2026. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be notified via the email address provided within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw at the same location and time on Monday 1st June 2026.
8. Unclaimed Prize If an unclaimed prize draw is required, the redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original draw.
The winner is responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize, including but not limited to installation, and any costs not expressly stated in the prize inclusions.

11. Promotional Use By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter and its partners using their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to this Promotion, without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
12. Disqualification The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, misleading, fraudulent, or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
13. Limitation of Liability Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded by law.
14. General The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
