General Terms and Conditions:
This promotion is available to all customers in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom only.
From 29/11/2024 - 2/12/2024 a 30% discount will be automatically applied to all eligible items on all orders during checkout.
Any orders placed outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for this promotion except where they meet all requirements for Early Access specified below.
This promotion excludes all coffee purchased using an office account discount.
This promotion can not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Early Access for Email Subscribers:
In order to qualify for early access, customers must be subscribed to our email newsletter before 00:01AM on 26/11/2024 when early access instructions will be sent to all audiences.
During early access (26/11/2024 - 28/11/2024), customers must apply the early access discount code at checkout prior to completing checkout in order to claim this offer. Any orders during this period where the early access code has not been applied will be ineligible for partial refund.
Terms and Conditions for subscriptions:
This promotion includes the first order of any new flexible subscription purchased during the promotional period. In the case of these subscriptions, the 30% discount will be applied to the first order of a new subscription at time of purchase. All following orders will revert to our standard 10% discount.
The above general terms and conditions apply to all Flexible Subscription purchases including promotion dates and code requirements during the presale period.
This promotion does not does not include coffee purchased as part of a prepaid subscription or purchase of a machine + subscription bundle.
This promotion does not include any orders from pre-existing subscriptions that are placed or billed during the promotional period.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that this is an extremely busy period for both our Roastery teams and our courier partners. As a result, we ask for your patience as we work through order backlogs.
Please expect processing and shipping delays on all orders placed between 26th November and December 5th. While we will try out best to have all orders dispatched in a timely manner, we ask that customers allow up to 7 business days to receive online orders before contacting us.
