Presale Terms and Conditions:
In order to qualify for early access, customers must be subscribed to our email newsletter or SMS messaging before 00:01AM on 24/11/2025 when early access instructions will be sent to all audiences.
Early access will be open to Newsletter and SMS Subscribers only. Members will be notified via a unique discount code in order to claim sale access prior to our official launch on Friday November 28th.
During early access (24/11/2025 - 27/11/2025), customers must apply the early access discount code at checkout prior to completing checkout in order to claim this offer. Any orders during this period where the early access code has not been applied will be ineligible for partial refund.
General Terms and Conditions:
This promotion is available to all customers in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Japan and the United Kingdom.
From 28/11/2025 - 1/12/2025 a 30% discount will be automatically applied to all eligible items on all orders during checkout.
Any orders placed outside of the promotional period will not be eligible for this promotion.
This promotion excludes all coffee purchased using an office account discount as well as orders placed as part of a new or existing coffee subscription.
This promotion can not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
This promotion does not does not include coffee purchased as part of a prepaid subscription or purchase of a machine + subscription bundle.
This promotion does not include any orders from pre-existing subscriptions that are placed or billed during the promotional period.
Terms and Conditions for subscriptions:
This promotion excludes all coffee purchased as as part of a coffee subscription as well as any coffee purchased on a new subscription during the promotional period.
In order for this promotion to apply, customers must place an order manually via our online checkout.
Any orders created via the “get now” button in our subscription dashboard are considered as part of a subscription and will be non-eligible for this promotion.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that due to increased order volumes, this is an extremely busy period for both our Roastery teams and our courier partners. As a result, we ask for your patience as we work through order backlogs.
Please expect processing and shipping delays on all orders placed between 24th November and 3rd December. While we will try out best to have all orders dispatched in a timely manner, we ask that customers allow up to 7 business days to receive online orders before contacting us.
