About the Role:
We’re seeking a strategic and passionate Brand Lead to champion our brand’s identity, values, and presence across all channels. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape how our brands are expressed - from campaign strategy and storytelling to visual identity and customer experience - ensuring consistency, creativity, and impact. You’ll create meaningful connections through brand activations, collaborations, and initiatives across both consumer and wholesale channels.
You’ll work closely with the global brand team, as well as digital and product teams, to align national marketing plans with our global strategy. As a key member of the NZ leadership team, you’ll drive engagement and growth for our dual brands, bringing Allpress & Underground to life for customers and communities alike.
About You:
Proven experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or communications leadership
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends, and brand positioning
Skilled in creative briefing, campaign development, and cross-channel storytelling
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing abilities
Experience managing agencies and creative partners
Strong understanding and proven experience in managing brand budgets and delivering on financial targets
Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or related field
