About the role
We’re looking for somebody to join our Business Development team in London and help us grow the Allpress community.
This is a unique and rewarding role that combines passion with fun. Imagine spending your weekends exploring the latest and greatest cafes – now, picture doing that as your job!
We're seeking a candidate with enthusiasm and drive - this is not a passive sales role, it's about being out there, building relationships and converting leads.
Prospect and convert new coffee partnerships across London and the South UK.
Qualify and convert inbound leads into long-term Allpress customers.
Build strong relationships with cafés, bakeries, and hospitality venues - from independents to multi-site operators, our customer base is varied so adaptability is key.
Champion our values by ensuring every partner represents Allpress quality.
Deliver exceptional support to café partners, building meaningful, long lasting relationships that are built on a shared vision of coffee excellence.
Collaborate with our Technical, Training, Brand, Customer Experience and Roastery teams to ensure we are delivering on our promises.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
Brings hospitality or coffee industry experience (sales background a plus, but not essential).
Is self-motivated, resilient, and excited by the challenge of winning new business.
Can build rapport easily and communicate with confidence with people from all walks of life.
Ability to navigate challenging conversations.
Has strong organisational skills and the flexibility to travel.
Above all, has a genuine passion for coffee and people.

Details:
Hours: 5 days per week around 40 hours per week.
Days: Monday - Friday
Location: London (our roastery is in Dalston) with travel across London and South UK.
Times: Most of the team work between 9-5 but this can be flexible to work around you. We offer this as a hybrid role.
Probation period: 3 months
Reporting to: Commercial Director
Salary: £33,000-36,000.
Experience: A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required
