About the role
We’re looking for a star in Business Development to join our NSW team and help grow the Allpress community by building strong, long-term partnerships across Sydney and beyond.
This role is about more than sales. It’s about representing the Allpress brand with integrity, creating lasting relationships, and supporting new wholesale partners to deliver exceptional coffee experiences. Working closely with our Sales, Technical, Training and Customer teams, you’ll help new partners thrive and ensure their Allpress journey starts strong.
In this role, you will:
Identify and secure new business opportunities with like-minded cafés, retailers and partners
Build strong, genuine relationships with prospective customers and support their onboarding journey
Develop and execute regional business development strategies to achieve growth targets
Represent the Allpress brand in customer meetings, industry events and community programs
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support and brand consistency
Monitor performance and provide reporting on pipeline, sales activity and growth opportunities
This is a full-time, Mon – Fri role, with daytime hours of work.
About you
Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect, influence and inspire
A natural storyteller with deep empathy and the ability to listen closely to the needs and goals of others
Passion for the hospitality industry and a solid knowledge of specialty coffee to connect authentically with café professionals
Experience in business development, account management, or sales (hospitality or FMCG preferred)
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable, able to spot opportunities and make things happen
Thrive on building people connections and energised by growing strong, lasting relationships
Commercial acumen with confidence working to targets and KPIs
Collaborative approach, working across technical, training and operational teams
