Being an Allpress Technician, you are responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining our customer’s espresso equipment throughout New Zealand. As we exclusively work with La Marzocco machinery, experience with these machines is preferred.

Being an Allpress Technician, you are responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining our customer’s espresso equipment throughout New Zealand. As we exclusively work with La Marzocco machinery, experience with these machines is preferred.

A big part of this role is engaging and building trusted relationships with our customers, whether it be through talking about our coffee, checking in with how their machine is going or just having a chat about the weekend – so having a natural ability to connect with people is a must.

You will be required to spend time on the road independently so being able to think quickly on your feet and able to adapt easily to different situations is a must.

This position does include travel throughout NZ (mainly in the South Island) and requires availability for regular scheduled weekend work and on-call support, which is shared evenly between the team.

would have existing experience repairing coffee machine equipment; however, we can provide training for the right person – perhaps you’re someone who has barista experience, is mechanically minded and loves to get your hands on the tools?

  • An Electrical Appliance Serviceperson (EAS) qualification is preferred
