About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened in our Customer Service team in Melbourne for someone who is passionate about coffee, loves working as part of a great team, and wants to develop their career in the industry.
Building great relationships while providing the best coffee is the backbone of Allpress and our Customer Service team play a key part in this as they are the first point of contact for our Allpress community.

Being a part of our Customer Service team, you deal with a number of different situations, from taking customer coffee orders each day, troubleshooting with café owners and baristas, working closely with our Roastery team and providing all elements of the Allpress ongoing high level of customer support. 

This is a full time, fixed term role for 6 months with a late August start. Days of work are Monday – Friday.


About You

We are looking for a true team player with a positive, flexible approach. You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multi-task. You are confident in troubleshooting and investigating and can think quickly on your feet. Also, you are a
fast learner, eager-problem solver, savvy with technology & courteous at all times.
We pride ourselves on being approachable experts and during your time in this role you will learn the ins and outs of all areas of the business so having a keen, can-do attitude is a must. A background in a similar Customer Service role is necessary and a passion for coffee is essential!
