About the role
We’re looking for a Regional Customer Manager – Queensland to lead our customer relationships across QLD, Northern NSW, and the Mid North Coast. This is a key leadership role responsible for building, growing, and retaining strong partnerships while ensuring every customer enjoys a premium Allpress experience.
You’ll work closely with our national sales, technical and customer teams to deliver seamless support, drive commercial outcomes, and champion the Allpress brand in the region.
In this role, you will:
Lead, coach, and develop the QLD Training team, while supporting the Customer Service and Technical teams to deliver excellent service
Build and manage meaningful customer relationships, focusing on growth, retention, and long-term partnership
Collaborate with the sales and commercial teams to achieve regional sales and profitability targets
Develop joint business plans with customers and conduct regular reviews to maximise opportunities
Support the implementation of national brand and marketing campaigns at a regional level
Shape and execute regional commercial strategies, budgets, and growth plans in line with national goals
Champion a positive, safe, and values-driven team culture across QLD
This is a full-time role, based in Brisbane, with regular travel across the region.
About you

To be successful, you’ll bring:
Experience in sales, account, or regional management, ideally within hospitality or FMCG
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and grow teams
Excellent relationship management and communication skills
Commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, sales performance and reporting
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems
A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with cross-functional teams nationally
