About the role:
We are looking for a Warehouse/ Tech Assistant to join our Singapore office.
Stock management & packing orders
Deliveries and team support
Work with espresso machinery (La Marzocco, Mazzer, Mythos, Mahlkonig, etc.)
Onsite service visits across Singapore.
This role is full time and Monday to Friday.
Part of this role is engaging and building trusted relationships with our customers while out on deliveries, whether it be through talking about our coffee or checking in with how their cafe is going.
We work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to provide you relevant and up-to-date training on new equipment and products.
About you:
This role is suited to someone who loves coffee, enjoys talking to customers, has strong communication skills and a very keen eye for detail. Having experience working in a café or the F&B industry would be an advantage and some experience with office administration tasks is a bonus.
To nail this role, you’ll need:
Experience with the tools and machinery (Electrical & Hydraulics)
Coffee making experience (good to have)
Great organisation and timekeeping
A calm, collected approach
A valid drivers’ license
Preferably coffee industry background
