That’s why we’ve partnered with our new friends at Mr Lyan Studio — the globally-renowned team of mixologists led by bartender and innovator Ryan Chetiyawardana (Mr Lyan) — to explore what happens when our two worlds collide. Together, we've created a new range of signature drinks that explore our iconic flavour in ways we haven't experienced before.

It’s fair to say Ryan has done it all. The award-winning bartender, author and creative mind behind some of the world’s best bars has redefined what it means to mix a great drink. Celebrated for his creativity and storytelling, he’s been named International Bartender of the Year, Person of the Decade and The World’s Most Influential Bar Personality. From the get-go, we knew we were teaming up with someone as obsessed with flavour as we are.

We didn't want to create your typical run-of-the-mill coffee spinoffs and call it a day. Working with the team of expert mixologists, we’ve created a series of seasonal drinks that celebrate the full potential of coffee as a base for inventive, expressive, and downright delicious signatures.

As Ryan puts it, collaboration has always been about expanding perspective:

“We’ve always loved collaboration because it helps us look at things differently. There are these wonderful overlaps between the coffee and cocktail worlds — in how we transform flavour, how we work with ingredients, and how we bring people together through taste.”

Exploring flavour in new ways

Across our series, each seasonal drink is designed to challenge the familiar while keeping flavour at the heart.

Whether it’s through unexpected ingredient pairings, seasonal infusions, or innovative brewing methods, we want people to experience coffee in new and interesting ways — without losing our signature flavour.

For Ryan, this project held an extra layer of connection.

“I used to live nearby, and I could see the roastery from my garden — I’d get the aromas drifting over,” he says. “Coffee has such a huge variety of flavours and textures. The work you do to bring out those nuances is amazing, and it’s really exciting for us to try and represent that in a cocktail form.”

From the Springtime Cooler and the Tropic Summer Lemonade to the Crunchy Leaf Latte and Irish-ish Coffee, there is plenty to look forward to as the seasons change.
