Based in the picturesque town of Pau, Beanz café is serving up a slice of Australian and New Zealand flavour in the southern reaches of France.
The café idea came about after a couple of drinks between friends which spiralled into New Year’s resolutions, and soon enough turned into the real deal. Lauren, Ben, Colin and Emma were all familiar with Allpress being from Australia and New Zealand, so it was a no brainer to team up and serve Redchurch Blend in Southern France.
Lauren and Emma run the café - which has a nice mix of New Zealand and Australian expats (a solid Rugby community in Pau) along with locals keen for a great cup of coffee.
Beanz is situated on Impasse La Foi, a cosy side street off the busy main drag- a perfect spot for a coffee and a piece of cake.
