Latte Graphic was our first customer in Japan and we have gotten to know them pretty well over the past few years. They are one of the most passionate and dedicated groups of people we have ever worked with and this energy is reflected in everything they do. Jiyugaoka is a powerhouse of a café representing a culmination of their collective knowledge gained over the last five years running multiple cafes in Machida. They were first inspired to open cafés by the Melbourne coffee scene but far from creating clones, each Latte Graphic destination has its own unique flavour.

It would be negligent to write about Latte Graphic without mentioning the coffee. This is the self-proclaimed foundation of their business. The coffee is genuinely exceptional although we can’t take all the credit. The gang at Latte Graphic provide an extensive 9 tiered training plan for their staff so needless to say there are no off days.
