Founded by Chef Tsubasa Tamaki, PST is celebrated for its dedication to craftsmanship and quality, drawing a loyal following for its unique blend of Italian tradition and Japanese precision. At PST, we pride ourselves on our meticulous approach to pizza-making. Our dough is crafted from a blend of Japanese and American flours, fermented for 30 hours to achieve a light, chewy crust with a puffy rim and thin center. Each pizza is wood-fired in a traditional Stefano Ferrara oven, ensuring a perfect balance of texture and flavor.
