When we met the childhood mates they were both just 23 and had just taken on a greasy spoon in what they refer to as their unicorn - a stunning 16th-century shop with an alcohol license. Not everyone would be able to spot the potential in this gem of a site but we are glad they did.
The boys transformed the old shop into a truly beautiful space and now have a thriving business providing breakfast, lunch and a killer Sunday brunch to local residents and have built a solid reputation for great service and innovative products.
