Terms and Conditions of Entry – Sign up to be in to win a V60 brew bundle in celebration of the V60 Brew Championships.
1. Promoters

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am NZST on Saturday 5 July 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 31 July 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older. In order to confirm your entry, participants must submit their details via online advertising or our promotional sign-up page during the Promotional Period. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and its related entities are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

Entry is limited to one entry per user and multiple sign-ups during the promotional period will not constitute additional entries. Signing up to our database via any other means during the promotional period will not constitute an entry into the draw.
5. Prize Details
There will be six prize(s) awarded (three x New Zealand Winners, three x Australian Winners). The prize(s) consist of:

1 x V60 Champs Beanie

The prize value per pack comes to $246.00 AUD or $266.00 NZD. The total prize pool for the competition is $1476.00 AUD or $1597 NZ. Prizes are correct as of Friday 4 July 2025 and are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in prize value.
Promotional images do not reflect actual prize items, and the Promoters reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Prize Draw
The draw will take place at Allpress Espresso Pty Ltd, 58 Epsom Road, Zetland, NSW 2017 at 10:30am AEST on Monday 3 August 2025.
The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted via the details provided.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw.
If a winner does not respond to claim their prize within [14] days of being notified, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw the prize at 10:30am AEST on Monday 17 August 2025, at the same location as the original draw.
8. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If required, an unclaimed prize draw will take place as specified above. Winner(s) of any unclaimed prize draw will be contacted and published in the same manner as the original draw.
9. Privacy
Personal information provided will be used by the Promoters for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy Allpress Espresso Australia - https://au.shop.allpressespresso.com/policies/privacy-policy, Allpress Espresso New Zealand https://nz.shop.allpressespresso.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Entrants consent to the information provided to be shared with Allpress Espresso Australia & Allpress Espresso New Zealand. For the purposes of being contacted with marketing and promotional material.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the consumer guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law.
11. Disqualification
The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, illegible, or otherwise tampered with, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
