We’ve been roasting speciality coffee for over 30 years. From humble beginnings as a little coffee cart in Auckland, NZ, Allpress has evolved into a sophisticated brand that stands for flavour and service. About the role
• A full drivers license is beneficial but not essential for the role.
This role is a on a temporary contract, lasting until July 2026 with the possibility for extension.
Details:
Hours: 5 days per week around 35-40 hours per week.
Salary: £14.80 per hour
Days: Monday - Friday
Times: We operate on a rota with shifts scheduled between 6am and 8pm.
Probation period: 3 months
Contract period: Until end of July 2026 with the posibility for extension
Reporting to: Roastery Manager
Experience: A love for hospitality and the coffee industry is required. No previous roastery or packaging experience is needed but would be beneficial.
