On the ground floor of the historic Redfern building by Victoria Station, you’ll find Allpress Manchester – our northernmost outpost supporting and hosting our UK partners and coffee enthusiasts.
Our newest base for wholesale café support, barista training and technical servicing has been a long time coming. Having spent ten years supporting our partners from the railway arches of Sheffield St, it was high time we set ourselves up in a space that showcased the Allpress experience to the people of Manchester.
The Café Space
Designed by the incredibly talented Deidra Hodgson, every aspect of the café space has been carefully considered. From the original windows of the building to the bespoke training and tech facilities, the attention to detail is designed to inspire creativity in a city renowned for innovation.
With fresh coffee being sent up directly from our Dalston Roastery, the team are supplying locals with the familiar hot air roasted flavour they’ve grown accustomed to. Complementing our signature Allpress Espresso Blend brewing on the machine and range of filter options is our seasonal café menu including all the Allpress classics; house-made granola, sandwiches, mixed plates and everything else we pair with our morning brew. With ample indoor seating and natural light flooding in from the windows, you’ll want to sit down, take your time and drink in this beautiful space.
Barista Training
To the right of the entrance you’ll find our dedicated training room. Teaching the ins and outs of specialty coffee and up-skilling our café partners’ baristas is something we’ve done since day one at Allpress and our Manchester Cafe acts as a base to host these workshops for our Northern based customers.
Technical Workshop
We pride ourselves on having the best in-house technicians available to our wholesale partners. When they’re not on the road servicing and helping out, you’ll find our techs in the workshop refurbishing and servicing machines right next to the training room. Working with industry-leading machinery and keeping our partners brewing the good stuff, our techs know their stuff.
Wholesale Support
Out back you’ll find the team supporting our wholesale café network. Taking orders, troubleshooting issues and generally being all-round legends, the team look after our partners from Glasgow to Birmingham from our new NOMA home.
